How do I cancel an order?
Order Cancellation and Damages:
Once an order is confirmed and paid, it becomes a binding contract and cannot be cancelled. Any damages or shortages must be reported within twenty-four (24) hours of collection or delivery.
Cancellation Policy:
Failure to make full payment within 5 (five) working days may result in order cancellation. For orders valued above five thousand rand (R5,000 excluding VAT) that are cancelled, a 15% handling and administrative fee will be charged. The company reserves the right to cancel an order and impose a 15% handling fee in case of non-payment. Orders that have already undergone the layout process cannot be cancelled after 5 (5) working days, and a layout fee of one two hundred rand (R200 excluding VAT) per layout will be charged. No cancellations will be accepted after final artwork approval and commencement of branding work.
Faulty Goods and Returns:
If a product supplied by Gear Workwear is found to be defective and/or covered under warranty, you must notify us within five (5) days from the date of receipt. It is important to promptly report any defective products or issues covered under warranty to the company within this time frame. Failure to do so may affect your eligibility for return or replacement.
Returns Approval:
Written approval from the company management is mandatory for returning collected stock. Returns will only be accepted with the accompanying invoice/s. A 25% handling and administrative fee applies to approved returns of collected stock. No future orders will be processed unless prior cancellation fees have been settled.

How do I get a refund?
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method used for your original order(s). If you paid by EFT using Ozow, you will need to provide your banking details during the refund process.
You can request a refund by emailing our Accounts Department accounts@gearcorporate.com
Once your refund request has been processed, funds may take 3–5 business days to reflect in your account and are subject to your bank's processing times.
Why can I not see the item price?
The Gear Workwear website provides you with an option to request an online quote. Our sales team will provide you with a formal quote via our accounting system once the stock has been confirmed and the correct price has been calculated due to order quantity.
How do I track an order?

Where is the store located?
Gear Workwear is not a retail outlet (Walk in Shop)! We are an online wholesale Personal Protective Clothing and equipment supplier in South Africa. All our products are delivered directly from 3 different warehouses accross South Africa depending on the product availability.
Why is my order delayed?
At Gear we are committed to delivery on time every time. Unfortunatly we are not in control if there is a delivery delay from manufacturers or suppliers. We will make every effort from our side to get your order delivered as soon as possible.
